Emoji favicon service offers custom build badges

Original: A build badge with an emoji, from one URL: https:// emojifavicons.com/badge/rocket ?label=build&status=passing&color=gre

A web service called EmojiFavicons is offering developers customisable status badges built from a single URL. The badges use emoji as favicons and let users set a left label, a right status, and a colour such as green, red, yellow, blue or any hex value. The service returns SVG images, meaning they can be embedded directly in GitHub READMEs or documentation pages. Developers are sharing examples, such as a rocket emoji build badge showing a passing status, as a lightweight way to personalise project pages.

Why now: Developers are discussing a simple new way to add emoji-based status badges to READMEs and docs without extra tooling.
