Original: Imaginative Storm Writing Circle Fosters Human Creativity in the Age of AI By Using Pen and Paper
The Imaginative Storm Writing Circle is encouraging writers to put down devices and return to pen and paper as a way to nurture human creativity amid the rise of AI writing tools. The initiative promotes handwriting as a deliberate practice for original thought and personal expression, positioning analog writing as a counterweight to machine-generated text.
Why now: Growing concern over generative AI replacing or diluting human creative writing has sparked interest in analog alternatives.
