Original: ndr mecklenburg-vorpommern

Public broadcaster NDR's coverage from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is drawing notice in Germany. The reporting spans regional stories, including a Schwerin drug trial that ended with prison sentences for gang-related trafficking, as well as nationwide concerns over Halloween sweets contaminated with nails, with more than 80 reported cases. Viewers appear to be following both the crime coverage and the candy scare closely.
