A United Nations news roundup highlights three stories: the UN refugee agency urged continued international support as Russian airstrikes intensify across Ukraine, warning there is 'no safe place' in the country; the IAEA called for renewed access to inspect Iran's nuclear programme; and Kenya is hosting thousands of Ethiopians fleeing clashes at home.
