The New York Times reports that a Chinese businesswoman with a close personal relationship with Nvidia chief executive Jensen Huang was found to be passing intelligence to Beijing, with Huang seen as a target of a Chinese spy operation. President Trump was briefed on the matter but took no action. The report has drawn immediate attention given Nvidia's central role in the US-China technology rivalry.
