Pakistan beat India as Hong Kong Sixes handshakes skipped again

Original: India and Pakistan avoid handshakes again as PAK beat IND convincingly at Hong Kong Super Sixes

Pakistan defeated India convincingly at the Hong Kong Super Sixes, and players from the two sides again avoided handshakes before or after the match. The continued refusal to shake hands reflects the ongoing political and sporting tensions between the archrivals, a practice that has drawn attention at recent cricket encounters between the two nations.

Why now: Ongoing India-Pakistan political tensions have made on-field gestures like handshakes a flashpoint at recent cricket matches.
