Florilegium: Procedural Flowers Drawn in LaTeX

Original: Florilegium: Procedural Flowers in LaTeX

A project called Florilegium, hosted on GitHub by developer Kevin Raymond, generates procedural flowers directly in LaTeX, letting users grow decorative botanical illustrations through code within their documents. It is drawing attention on developer forums, where readers are discussing the unusual combination of typesetting software and generative art.

Why now: The project's creative use of LaTeX for generative art is novel and technically interesting to the programming community.
