Fans delighted by Scully's quick return to alien skepticism
Original: I just love how Scully stood in the middle of a stampede of little grey men and a few episodes later she's back to rolli
The X-Files fans are enjoying a recurring joke about Dana Scully: she survived standing amid a stampede of little grey aliens, only to resume eye-rolling whenever Mulder brings up extraterrestrials a few episodes later. Viewers are sharing the moment as a classic example of the show's famously inconsistent continuity and Scully's stubborn scientific skepticism.
Why now: Fans are fondly mocking the show's continuity gaps and Scully's unshakeable skepticism after rewatching episodes.
