Original: Flu Vaccine Now Required for Many Airmen, Guardians, and DAF Civilians
The US Department of the Air Force has made influenza vaccination mandatory for many Airmen, Guardians, and Department of the Air Force civilian employees. The requirement, reported by Air & Space Forces Magazine, covers personnel across the Air Force and Space Force, though the scope of exemptions and deadlines was not detailed. It signals the department is treating seasonal flu immunization as a readiness requirement rather than a recommendation.
