Skyblivion's biggest legal challenge is not from Bethesda

Original: skyblivion

Skyblivion, the long-running fan project rebuilding The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion inside Skyrim's engine, is facing its biggest legal challenge yet — but according to Polygon, it is not coming from Bethesda. The report reassures fans worried about a takedown, noting the mod team's main hurdles lie elsewhere, likely around the assets and rights the volunteer project depends on.
