Original: 'Dancing With the Stars' Eliminates 4th Celebrity Contestant Despite Giving "Best" Performance
The US dance competition Dancing With the Stars has eliminated its fourth celebrity contestant of the season, even though that performer was widely described as having given their best performance to date. The exit has prompted debate among fans and entertainment media about whether the judges' scores and audience voting fairly reflected the quality of the dances, with many questioning how a strong showing was not enough to keep the celebrity in the competition.
Why now: Fans are surprised and debating the elimination because the departing contestant was praised for their strongest performance of the season.
