Paredes and Acuña clash again in the Superclásico

Original: leandro paredes

Leandro Paredes was again at the centre of the River Plate vs Boca Juniors Superclásico after a heated on-pitch confrontation with Sevilla teammate-turned-River defender Marcos Acuña. The two Argentinian internationals argued, squared up to each other and both were booked during the match. It was a repeat of previous clashes between them, and fans and Argentine media are debating whether their rivalry crosses the line.

Why now: Their repeated, booked confrontations in Argentina's biggest club match are fuelling debate among fans and media.
