India is evacuating thousands of coastal residents as Cyclone Murasu approaches the coast near Ongole, in Andhra Pradesh, expected to make landfall late Monday. The storm follows another cyclone that struck India just days earlier, with strong winds and heavy rain forecast. Authorities are moving people to shelters as preparations continue.

Why now: A second cyclone hitting India within a week is causing widespread evacuations and raising concerns about repeated storm damage.
