Nigerian activist Verydarkman has publicly criticised a pastor who claimed that nations have different callings, arguing that while China builds engines and advances technology, Nigeria's calling is spiritual revival rather than technological development. Verydarkman rejected the argument, saying it excuses underdevelopment, and the exchange has drawn wide attention and debate among Nigerians about religion's role in the country's progress.
