Original: The bogong moths are back! Perhaps they are a sign that all is not lost
Bogong moths have returned, and naturalists are celebrating the seasonal arrival of the iconic Australian insects. Writing in the Guardian, a commentator argues the moths should be seen as a blessing rather than an inconvenience, suggesting their comeback may be a hopeful sign for nature after years of declining numbers that saw the species listed as endangered.
