Ravens Sign Quarterback Austin Reed

Original: austin reed

The Baltimore Ravens have signed quarterback Austin Reed, adding depth at the position after injuries hit their quarterback room. The move gives the team extra coverage behind starter Lamar Jackson while injured players recover. Reed, an undrafted passer previously with the Chicago Bears and other NFL practice squads, now gets another chance to prove himself on an NFL roster.

Why now: The Ravens just signed him to address quarterback injuries, prompting fans to look up the little-known passer.
