Ryanair CEO refuses to make peace with Elon Musk
Original: 'He's an idiot': Ryanair CEO has no intention of reconciling with Musk
Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary has escalated his feud with Elon Musk, calling the billionaire 'an idiot' and saying he has no intention of reconciling with him. The blunt comments from the normally outspoken Irish airline boss are drawing wide attention, with observers noting the rare public falling-out between two of the business world's most provocatively outspoken figures.
Why now: O'Leary's unusually harsh public insult towards one of the world's most prominent billionaires is generating global media interest.
