Open House Begins for the Fort Worth Texas Temple
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has opened its new Fort Worth Texas Temple to the public, allowing visitors to tour the building before it is dedicated. The open house gives residents of the Dallas-Fort Worth area a chance to see the temple's interior, as the church customarily invites the public inside its temples only before dedication.
Why now: The temple's completion and public opening is a notable local event for the Fort Worth community and church members in North Texas.
