With the first wet weather of the season arriving, drivers are being reminded to clean every camera and check every light on their vehicles. Dusty rain can turn to goo on camera lenses, degrading visibility for driver-assist systems. One Chevrolet Bolt owner reports losing a headlight to the same ballast fault it suffered last year, prompting calls for others to share their winter maintenance checklists.
Why now: The wet season is starting, reminding drivers to prepare cars for winter conditions.
