Steelers Place Michael Pittman Jr. on Injured Reserve

Original: Steelers place WR Michael Pittman Jr. on injured reserve The Pittsburgh Steelers placed wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr

The Pittsburgh Steelers placed wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. on injured reserve Saturday because of a foot injury. He will miss at least four games, starting with Sunday's matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. The move leaves the Steelers short at receiver as they head into a key divisional stretch of the season.

Why now: The injury ruling comes right before Sunday's Colts game and removes a key receiver from the lineup.
