Fans lash out at Lance Stroll's continued F1 seat
Original: That Lance Stroll continues to be an # F1 driver is a crime
Criticism is being aimed at Lance Stroll, with motorsport fans arguing he has no business keeping his Formula 1 seat at Aston Martin. The complaint is a familiar one: Stroll is the son of team owner Lawrence Stroll, and many fans believe his place on the grid owes more to family ownership than to results, keeping a more deserving driver out of a race seat.
Why now: Frustration is resurfacing among fans who feel Stroll's seat at his father's team blocks more talented drivers.
