Original: Moon World Resorts Appoints Artemis II Mission Specialist, Jeremy Hansen as Astronaut + Space Strategist
Moon World Resorts has appointed Jeremy Hansen, the Canadian astronaut and mission specialist assigned to NASA's Artemis II lunar mission, as its astronaut and space strategist. Hansen will lend his spaceflight expertise to the company's planned Moon-themed resort projects. The move comes as Hansen prepares for Artemis II, the first crewed mission to circle the Moon in more than 50 years, drawing attention to both the venture and the mission.
Why now: Hansen's upcoming role on Artemis II, the first crewed lunar flyby since Apollo, keeps him in the spotlight as he takes on new commercial partnerships.
