Fedora 45 upgrade draws shrug from Linux users

Original: I am on # Fedora now, so I will upgrade to 45, but I am also fairly confident I will not notice the difference. Not that

A Fedora user says they plan to upgrade to Fedora 45 but expects not to notice any difference, acknowledging the developers' under-the-hood work while admitting they are oblivious to it. The remark captures a common sentiment among Linux users that routine distribution upgrades deliver steady improvements rather than dramatic, visible changes to the desktop experience.

Why now: Fedora 45 has just been released and users are discussing whether the upgrade is worth noticing.
