Italians seek non-profit providers for SPID and digital ID services

An Italian-speaking user is asking for recommendations on SPID identity verification, digital signature and PEC certified email services run by non-profits or cooperatives rather than large corporations. The request also specifies the tools must work on a de-Googled phone without Google Play Services, reflecting frustration that Italy's digital identity ecosystem is dominated by commercial providers and depends on Google infrastructure.

Why now: SPID and PEC are mandatory for many tasks in Italy, so finding ethical, non-corporate providers that work on de-Googled devices is a common practical concern.
