A new OONI Run link is circulating that lets users check whether and how their internet provider blocks or censors Russian news and propaganda networks. The link can be opened directly in the OONI app, which measures internet censorship worldwide. It gives people in affected regions a simple way to document restrictions on Russian state media at their own connection.
Why now: Concerns about ISPs blocking or censoring Russian propaganda networks are high, and users want to verify restrictions themselves.
