Original: Most unlikely that this is the last we hear of the story of China stealing an UUAV from the US in South China Sea. https

A Chinese naval vessel seized an unmanned US ocean glider in the South China Sea, according to US defence officials, in an incident widely reported as theft of American military equipment. Commenters, including former Swedish prime minister Carl Bildt, say it is unlikely to be the last heard of the affair, suggesting further diplomatic fallout over the seizure.

Why now: The seizure of a US Navy drone by China raised fresh tensions in the South China Sea and expectations of continued diplomatic consequences.
