Satirical Petty Roosevelt bot pokes fun at Trump

Original: Petty Roosevelt bot by @ davidaugust This is satire, not sedition: no waterboarding please and thank you. # satire # pot

A satirical social media account styled as a 'Petty Roosevelt' bot is entertaining readers by imagining a combative, petty version of Theodore Roosevelt commenting on current US politics. Its creator frames the jokes as 'satire, not sedition' and quips 'no waterboarding please', a nod to controversy over harsh interrogation practices. Readers are sharing it as lighthearted political humour.

Why now: US political tensions keep satirical parody accounts circulating as a way for people to laugh at current affairs.
