Berlin artist uses AI for VHS-style illustrations
Original: The Berlin-based artist used AI to create his illustrations, which have the crackly, oversaturated look of old VHS tapes
Berlin-based artist Simon Denny has created illustrations with the help of AI, giving them the crackly, oversaturated look of old VHS tapes. The work, commissioned as part of a larger project, is drawing attention for its distinctive retro aesthetic and its use of artificial intelligence in art-making.
Why now: People are reacting to an artist openly using AI tools in a commissioned fine-art project
