Original: Why the 49ers are the best at using pre-snap motion, and the league is taking notes https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/764
A new analysis argues the San Francisco 49ers run the NFL's most effective pre-snap motion, using movement before the snap to confuse defenses, create mismatches and give quarterback advantages in reading coverage.
