Original: South-Western voters approve Issue 6, while Grove City school plan faces delay amid new amendment https:// fed.brid.gy/r
Voters in the South-Western City School district in Ohio approved Issue 6, a school funding measure, in a local election. At the same time, plans for a new Grove City high school are facing delay after a new amendment emerged tied to a separate measure, Issue 28. The approval provides funding relief for the district, but the mixed outcome leaves the timeline for the Grove City building project uncertain.
Why now: Voters are reacting to the mixed result of a school funding levy passing while the Grove City high school project is delayed by a late amendment.
