Gardener tries cannabis grow tech for winter tomatoes

Original: Putting advanced cannabis technology to work for a winter tomato experiment this year. 😏 # Garden # Gardening # Tomatoes

A gardener is using equipment normally associated with advanced cannabis cultivation to run a winter tomato-growing experiment. The setup is intended to keep tomatoes producing through the cold months indoors, and the gardener insists that despite the specialist gear, the crop really is just tomatoes. The project has drawn amused attention from home growing communities.

Why now: The humorous contrast between high-powered grow technology and an ordinary tomato crop makes it shareable among gardening enthusiasts.
