Original: Healtcare Not Wars #HealthcareNotWars #war #FreePalestine #medicare #obamacare #HealthInsurance #healthcare #activism
An activist slogan, 'Healthcare Not Wars', is circulating online, calling for public spending to be redirected from armed conflict to health care. The message links war opposition with advocacy for universal health coverage, referencing Medicare, Obamacare and health insurance, and is tied to Free Palestine activism.
Why now: Ongoing wars and health care cost debates are prompting activists to frame the two issues together.
