Ukraine says it intercepted over 80% of Russian jet drones

Original: Головні новини дня: ☄️ Україні, попередньо, вдалося протидіяти понад 80% реактивних дронів 30 вересня – дані ЗСУ ☄️ Буда

Ukraine's armed forces reported that on September 30 the country preliminarily countered more than 80% of Russian jet-powered drones. Military intelligence chief Kyrylo Budanov said Ukraine is already using interceptor drones against Russian jet drones in combat conditions. Separately, Sweden will send Gripen fighter jets from October to help protect Polish airspace, as European air-defence cooperation against Russian aerial threats intensifies.

Why now: Ongoing Russian drone attacks and Europe's escalating air-defence responses are drawing heavy attention.
