Redwood Credit Union's website, at least its account application section, does not work in Apple's Safari browser but functions normally in Chrome, according to a complaint from a member in Sonoma County. The user expressed frustration and concern that the incompatibility could affect other everyday banking tasks on the site as well.
Why now: Frustration over a bank website not supporting Safari is prompting a public complaint about browser compatibility and its implications for everyday banking.
