Google is rolling out an update to the AI wardrobe feature in Google Photos, adding a regenerate option for images of clothes, shoes, glasses and other items that come out looking wrong. Users have complained that generated product images often miss the mark, and the new control should let them redo results without starting over. Tech outlets see it as a sign Google is responding to feedback on its AI editing tools.
Why now: Users frustrated with inaccurate AI-generated product images are welcoming a fix that lets them regenerate results.
