Finnish football supporters made their presence felt at the Finland-Belarus game, unveiling a banner with lyrics from Sibelius's Finlandia. A version of the song popular since 2022 replaces Finland with Ukraine, and fans reportedly chanted an anti-Putin slogan during the opening 13 minutes of the match.
Why now: The display ties the match to strong Finnish support for Ukraine and opposition to Russia amid the ongoing war.
