The first of October is being jokingly dubbed 'Ducktober', and illustrators are marking the occasion by sharing duck-themed artwork online. British artist Edward Philips posted a collection of duck illustrations to celebrate, tying into the wider October tradition of month-long themed art challenges where creators share drawings and paintings throughout the month.
Why now: The start of October prompts playful month-long art and illustration themes, with duck artwork giving people something light-hearted to share.
