The European Commission is inviting young people turning 18 to apply for a free DiscoverEU travel pass, giving new adults the chance to travel across Europe by rail and other modes. The EU programme has run since 2018 and aims to let teenagers discover the continent, experience other cultures and learn about European mobility at no cost.
