Original: The SCP Foundation Has Formed a New Creative Partnership With Neon https://gizmodo.com/the-scp-foundation-has-formed-a-n
The SCP Foundation, the collaborative fiction project behind the famous containment-breach wiki, has announced a new creative partnership with film studio and distributor Neon. The deal is expected to bring SCP's vast library of community-written horror and sci-fi lore into new screen projects. Fans of the franchise are watching closely to see how the collective-owned universe will be adapted.
Why now: The unlikely pairing of a fan-written internet horror universe with an acclaimed film studio is a notable development for adaptations of online collaborative fiction.
