World Jewish Congress addresses Estonia's UN rights review
Original: WJC at UNHRC | Statement on the UPR Outcome of Estonia
The World Jewish Congress delivered a statement at the UN Human Rights Council concerning the outcome of Estonia's Universal Periodic Review. The statement forms part of the council's regular procedure in which member states' human rights records are examined and non-governmental and international organisations respond to the recommendations adopted. Estonia's review, like those of all UN member states, is periodically assessed in this framework.
