Mutual aid appeal for apartment and job hunt costs
Original: # MutualAid bump. going apartment and job hunting, having to payt for a hotel near the areas of one of the jobs and some
An individual is asking for mutual aid support while searching for an apartment and a job, saying they must pay for hotel stays near the locations of one prospective job and other places they are visiting. Any funds raised would cover the next few weeks of housing and job hunting and other life-rebuilding costs. The request has been shared within mutual aid networks, where such appeals for help with rent, travel and basic living expenses are commonly circulated.
Why now: Mutual aid appeals circulate as people rely on online communities for financial help with housing and employment costs.
