A disabled man living in poverty says he has assembled a full Instacart order of food for October but cannot pay for it. He is asking for public donations to raise $380 so the order can be placed and delivered today. The appeal is being shared in small online circles, with modest engagement so far.
Why now: He is publicly crowdfunding to cover an urgent food bill he cannot afford.
