AppleCare for the iPhone Duo will cover crease issues
Apple's AppleCare coverage for the iPhone Duo, widely understood to be its foldable iPhone, will explicitly cover crease problems in the display. Creasing is a common and closely watched weakness of foldable screens, so Apple committing to repair or replace affected units is being read as a signal of confidence in the device's display quality. Details on pricing and launch timing have not been confirmed.
Why now: Anticipation is building around Apple's expected foldable iPhone, and the coverage policy fuels discussion about its durability.
