Volunteers urged to write letters encouraging US voter turnout
Original: Write letters to U.S. voters! It's easy. It could help. Doomscrolling won't... https:// votefwd.org/ # uspol
A call is circulating urging people to write letters to US voters through Vote Forward, a civic organisation that lets volunteers send handwritten messages encouraging registered voters to cast their ballots. Supporters frame letter-writing as a simple, concrete alternative to passively following the news, arguing personal outreach can meaningfully boost turnout in US elections.
Why now: Ongoing US election activity has people looking for practical ways to increase voter turnout.
