Trump Pushes For Calling AI 'Super Intelligence'
Original: Trump Pushes For Calling AI 'Super Intelligence', Domain Buyers Smell Money
US President Donald Trump has floated rebranding advanced artificial intelligence as 'super intelligence', and the proposal is already drawing attention from domain speculators hoping to profit from related web addresses. The idea has sparked discussion about how the next stage of AI technology should be labelled and marketed, with some seeing political branding rather than a technical definition.
Why now: A sitting president proposing a new label for advanced AI, and the immediate rush to buy related domain names, makes the story both politically and commercially topical.
