Gaza fundraiser reports only €23 raised in a week

Supporters of Mithqal, a man in Gaza raising funds online, say he received only €23 in donations over the past seven days as harsh winter conditions approach. The appeal, shared under the FediForGaza tag, urges people to contribute, warning that the meagre amount leaves him unable to meet basic needs as cold weather sets in.

Why now: Donors and Gaza aid advocates are alarmed that a fundraising campaign has nearly stalled just as winter worsens conditions on the ground.
