Peacock greenlights Fast and Furious TV series

Original: Peacock's Fast And Furious show gets green light to live life a quarter-season at a time

Peacock has officially greenlit a television series based on the Fast and Furious film franchise. The A.V. Club notes the order is for a shortened run, jokingly described as living 'life a quarter-season at a time' in a play on the franchise's famous line about living life a quarter-mile at a time. Details on cast, plot, and premiere date have not yet been announced.
