Report claims Iran appeals to US to end blockade
Original: Iran BEGS U.S. Military To End BLOCKADE As USA Flexes THIS
Reports circulating among defense commentary audiences claim Iran has urged the United States military to lift a blockade, as Washington steps up displays of force in the region. The claim is presented as dramatic breaking news about US-Iran tensions, but no official statements from either government or independent confirmation of the blockade have been cited.
Why now: Ongoing tensions between the US and Iran make any claim of a naval blockade and direct Iranian appeals highly charged news.
