Apple TV has refreshed its lineup of 'bonus' movies, with the new selection available starting today in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and several other countries. The move gives subscribers extra films alongside the service's regular catalog, though its library remains smaller than competitors like Netflix, which is prompting discussion among streaming users about how Apple's offerings compare.

Why now: Streaming subscribers are comparing Apple TV's smaller, refreshed catalog with the extensive libraries of rivals like Netflix.
