Dramatic golden hour light over Austria's Stubai Alps
Original: watching the world burn #mountains #landscape #landscapephotography #goldenhour #alps #europe #austria #stubai #rotewand
Photographers are sharing striking images of the Rote Wand in Austria's Stubai Alps, where intense golden hour and alpenglow light has turned the peaks a deep fiery orange. The dramatic sunsets are being described with the phrase 'watching the world burn', a common tongue-in-cheek caption for intensely red evening light rather than any actual fire. The images celebrate the alpine landscape at its most theatrical.
Why now: Striking sunset photography of the Alps is circulating as autumn delivers particularly vivid alpenglow.
Rank over time, top of the chart is #1. 2 snapshots from 12 h ago to 11 h ago.
